Mr. Barry Parsons VI Degree. During my 35 years in TaeKwon-Do I have attended many Seminars under numerous Masters and Grand Masters and trained with the some of the world’s greatest exponents in martial arts.
One of the most memorable seminars I attended was in 1998 in Leicester, England. Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi, the legendary founder of Taekwon-Do, together with his son Master Choi Jung Hwa, instructed on technical content. The Seminar covered, among other things, all 24 ITF patterns from chon Ji to Tong IL.
I was already using tempo when instructing students at my own clubs, I then began to realise the true potential of this training aid and how it could benefit other instructors and their students.Tempo-TKD is now on it's III edition June 2008, I thank all instructor and student who have made a contributions to improve Tempo training CDs. Using the beats as an audio triggers is a way to challenge students and bring together the class as a unit.

How great is that! Just watching the version on your site, it kind of gets embedded in your mind. Sure beats trying to explain it to students. Sometimes I almost want to resort to "you can never do a pattern to slow" to get the students close to the correct speed. Also quite unique with the sounds changing from continuous motion to regular.
